TENSION LOAD CELLS
Eilersen tension load cells are developed for use in heavy duty applications. They are known to be very robust and have a high tolerance of up to 1000% overload. Our robust tension load cells are used for force and tensile measurement, among others for under-hook crane weighing and hoist load testing and monitoring. The tension load cells are produced in stainless steel, pre-calibrated, and can be delivered in ATEX and IECEx certified versions.

Easy installation

Eilersen load cells can use cables up to 100 meters without affecting calibration, and cables can be replaced without re-calibration.
No maintenance required
Eilersen digital load cells require no regular maintenance. Integrated diagnostics allow for monitoring of individual load cells, and any issues are quickly flagged for easy troubleshooting.
OIML and atex certified
Eilersen load cells are available with OIML and ATEX/IECEx certifications for use in harzardous environments (zone 1, 2, 21, 22).
Fieldbus interfaces
Eilersen digital load cells support multiple fieldbus interfaces, including Profibus DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, 4-20mA, and 0-10Vdc.
