Robust, reliable, and safe – also in demanding environments. Most of our digital load cells are available in ATEX and IECEx certified versions approved for use in zone 1, 2, 21, and 22. This gives us a broad portfolio of ATEX and IECEx approved digital load cells with rated load capacity of up to 500 tons per load cell. Our ATEX and IECEx certified load cells are primarily used in applications within food production, life sciences, the chemical industry and offshore.

Our stainless steel, hermetically sealed load cells tolerate high overloads, sideloads and torsion, making them ideal for tough industrial applications across all industries. 

Accuracy up to 99.99%

Eilersen digital load cells ensure high accuracy, factory-calibrated and compensated for reliability up to 99.99%, making them a top choice for precision weighing. 

Easy installation

With no mounting devices needed, Eilersen's patented capacitive technology simplifies installation. With pre-calibrated, plug-and-play load cells, there's no need for calibration. Eilersen load cells can use cables up to 100 meters without affecting calibration, and cables can be replaced without re-calibration. 

No maintenance required

Eilersen digital load cells require no regular maintenance. Integrated diagnostics allow for monitoring of individual load cells, and any issues are quickly flagged for easy troubleshooting.

OIML and atex certified

Eilersen load cells are available with OIML and ATEX/IECEx certifications for use in harzardous environments (zone 1, 2, 21, 22).

Fieldbus interfaces

Eilersen digital load cells support multiple fieldbus interfaces, including Profibus DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, 4-20mA, and 0-10Vdc.
